Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts' parents are Walter Grady Roberts and Betty Lou Bredemus. Roberts is from the fourth generation of Roberts family that lived in Atlanta. The story began with her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts who was a farm. Her father was a young man when he was interested in theatre. As a student in Emory University he appeared in various productions both at and off campus. When he joined the Air Force In 1953, he starred in an air force production in Biloxi along with Betty Lou Bredemus. The two married in 1955 and their first child Eric Anthony was born in 1956. In 1957, the couple quit the Air Force and Walter was enrolled at Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter was recruited by Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio to work on the set of Bum Bum and His Buddies in Decatur Georgia. Walter along with Betty Lou began producing a children's television program in Georgia, Decatur called Bum Bum and His Buddies. They funded the show by themselves. They also founded a six-year Actors and Writers Workshop later that same year. They had Lelisa Billingsley (also known as Lisa) as well as Julia (also known as Julie) at the time.
