Felicity Jones is an British actress most popular because of her role as Jane Hawking in the critically popular movie The Theory of Everything. Jones has been acting since her 12th birthday and has appeared in numerous movies and television shows. She started her career with the TV film The Treasure Seekers. In the following years, she was on the show as of Ethel Hallow another television show known as The Worst Witch and its sequel Weirdsister College. Her first film, Flashbacks of a Fool included her in the role of Young Ruth. Since then she has been in a variety of movies. In films like The Invisible Woman or The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she was a hit for her performance. The character she portrayed in The Theory of Everything earned her an Oscar nod for the first. The biopic is based on the biography of the physicist Stephen Hawking, and Jones received a lot of praise from the public and reviewers for her superb performance as Hawking's wife. Inferno was a Tom Hanks thriller was her next part. Jones was named British Artist of Year 2016 by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles in recognition of her outstanding talent and contribution in film.
