Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He serves as a director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne has a passion for equipping the new generation of Biblical counselors. He is a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online pieces as well as a contributing author in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing lives with God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne has a wife named Leslie. They have three children.
